Instalation of the unit with double surface – type AB

The pit must be excavated with corresponding ground dimensions and a concrete foundation board must be prepared (min. 20cm from the border of unit)
Settling of the separator consists of its placing on the flat concrete foundation board with an accuracy ± 5 mm (min. 25 cm of thickness), connecting to inlet and outlet pipes, filling the water into the unit 30 cm high and back filling with concrete. Filling with water and filling back with the concrete must be carried out concurrently until top of the tank.
On the top of the unit is necessary to concrete foundation board in accordance with the load.

Instalation of the unit with one surface – type SN

The pit must be excavated with corresponding ground dimensions and a concrete foundation board must be prepared (min. 40cm from the border of unit).
Settling of the separator consists of its placing on the flat concrete foundation board with an accuracy ± 5 mm (min. 25 cm of thickness), connecting to inlet and outlet pipes, filling the water into the unit 30 cm high and back filling the soil works.
Filling with water and filling back the soil works must be carried out concurrently until top of the tank.

Instalation of the unit with square cross section – type P (embedding to the grass area)

The pit must be excavated with corresponding ground dimensions and a concrete foundation board must be prepared (min. 40cm from the border of unit).
Settling of the separator consists of its placing on the flat concrete foundation board with an accuracy ± 5 mm (min. 25 cm of thickness), connecting to inlet and outlet pipes, filling the water into the unit 30 cm high and back filling the soil works.
Filling with water and filling back the soil works must be carried out concurrently until top of the tank.

Instalation of the unit with square cross section – type P (embedding in road way, high level of subsoil water)
The pit must be excavated with corresponding ground dimensions and a concrete foundation board must be prepared (min. 20cm from the border of unit)
Settling of the separator consists of its placing on the flat concrete foundation board with an accuracy ± 5 mm (min. 25 cm of thickness), connecting to inlet and outlet pipes, filling the water into the unit 30 cm high and back filling with concrete. Filling with water and filling back with the concrete must be carried out concurrently until top of the tank.
On the top of the unit is necessary to concrete foundation board in accordance with the load.

Maintenance of the WWTP

Sludge is removed as necessary once the sludge storage spaces are filled up and as allowed by the possibilities of sludge removal and disposal. It is recommended that a specialised experienced company should be engaged and the sludge should be removed using a gully sucker. Removing of sludge is necessary 1-2 times a year or if the unit is not in service more then 3 months
Immediately after extracting the sludge, the WWTP must be refilled with water up to the original level. The WWTP is then put back into operation.

Maintenance of the oil separators

Visual function check is necessary 1-2 times a month.
The operating staff checks the level of the water surface in all the parts of the separator, the condition of the sludge filters, the quantity of oil substances on a water surface.
This operation can be also done together with a sludge removal carried out by a special authorized company.
The liquidation of the removed oil substances must correspond with regulations concerning the waste liquidation. The oil substances have the character of a dangerous waste according to the law. Sorption filter is necessary to replace with new one.
Immediately after extracting the sludge, the separator must be refilled with water up to the original level.

Maintenance of the grease separators

Visual function check is necessary 1-2 times a month.
The operating staff checks the level of the water surface in all the parts of the separator, the condition of the sludge filters, the quantity of oil substances on a water surface.
This operation can be also done together with a sludge removal carried out by a special authorized company.
